This afternoon I sat near the air-conditioning vents on a Tangara carriage and it was releasing cool air. It had been running cold air since Joy from Blacktown claims this is her only transport issue ( and she was sitting down in the aisle side of the seat). The only good thing about the cool air was it felt like we were breathing fresh air.
I am unsure how City Rail can allow trains to run around in the cold leaving commuters more cold. Joy thought that there would be more people behind her that might be unhappy! And she might be right!
