No 'Crappy' Trains On Western Line!

Chris from Pendle Hill claims he get a lot of trains that are 'crap' trains on the Western Line. In Summer  most of the trains are not air conditioned to provide comfort to commuters. In winter the same is said with opposition weather conditions. He has been wondering why  we do not get newer trains on the wonderful western line.
