Busways have recently introduced guards on some buses, which the drivers do appreciate especially for night time driving. By providing this on buses this would make the drivers want to work at night and send a big message to the community.A message that means : drivers need to do their job and commuter need to get to their places. Encouragingly, it means that Busways and Transport for New South Wales do realise the importance of driver protection, so that at the end of the day the commuter will also feel safer.
