Beverley a former group member and mary a group member of ours has advised how they wait the other day for the Westbus 674 which never arrived and then they had to walk to Luxford Road to catch another bus to meet their even.
They actually missed to get to their even ant at first opportunity rang 131500 and waited and waited, then never got through to a call center operator - just like waiting for the bus - never came. How can they complain if there is no one taking their call and to add to it these ladies do not use computers or have access to use computers, so calling 131500 is the way to go only for them!
