Joan, one of our group members has advised myself of a Transport officer that works late at night in the Penrith area, uses public transport to and from home yet has an expensive dilemma.
AS this transport officer works at Penrith - she travels from Dharruk by bus to Mount Druitt and from there by train to Penrith - but as she finishes late at night. Is unable to get train and bus return to home so catches a taxi conveniently but also expensive as well. She does this on every late shift
This goes back to what we have lobbied for is it late buses and trains to take commuters home, as long as there are safety measures applied.
