A few weeks ago I sent the e-mail below to the transport minister about 3 new Metro-bus ideas, today they announced three new Metro-buses.

I suggested: M66 Blacktown to Parramatta
M75 Blacktown to Penrith
M77 Penrith to Blacktown

Theirs are: M65 Rouse Hill to Parramatta
M71 Mt Druitt to Castle Hill
M80 Liverpool to Parramatta

Dear Mr Robertson,

I wish to help you with getting votes in Western Sydney with my Metrobus Expansion idea.

It seems that Blacktown, Penrith, Mt Druitt and St Marys have been left out when it comes to Metro buses.

So here are three Metro buses I think that will impress Western Sydneysiders.

M65-Parramatta to Blacktown via NW T-Way, Rouse Hill, Castle Hill, Norwest, Glenwood and Sunnyholt Rd T-Way.
M75-Penrith to Blacktown via Cambridge Park, Ropes Crossing, Mt Druitt, Bidwill and Richmond Rd.
M77-Penrith to Blacktown via Nepean Hospital, UWS Kingswood & Werrington, St Marys, Mt Druitt and Rooty Hill.

Here's a link to what I've drawn up: http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF&msa=0&msid=

The M65 will be a great addition. Here are some of its benefits:
  • 20 minute frequency at least on all North-West T-Way Bus Stations
  • Connections to Norwest Business Park via High-Frequency Metrobus
  • Metrobus for Rouse Hill and Blacktown

Some M75 benefits are:
  • 20 minute frequency on Richmond Rd and Carlisle Ave
  • Possible extension to Marsden Park Industrial Area when opened.
  • Metrobus for Blacktown, Mt Druitt and Penrith

Some M77 benefits are:
  • 20 minute frequency to UWS Kingswood & Werrington and Nepean Hospital
  • Connection to Blacktown Olympic Park and possibly Eastern Creek Business Park
  • Metrobus for Blacktown, Rooty Hill, Mt Druitt, St Marys and Penrith

These are all just suggestions but would be greatly appreciated (and well thought of) by Western Sydney Voters.

Please reply with feedback at your earliest convenience.

Yours sincerely,
Blake Bardowski
