Young Commuter From Old Mount Druitt Requirement Of Improved Train Connections!

A young commuter Andrew from Old Mount Druitt would like the New South Wales Government and Transport For New South Wales to ensure there is less waiting time when transferring (or as he calls it switching) or waiting for the next train.

He travels to Merrylands to work and has to ' switch over' at Granville train station which sometimes arrives 2 minutes after the Merrylands train leaves. Then he has to wait for 10-15 minutes. Yet this can be confusing to his mother as he has to arrange for her to pick him up at Mount Druitt as the designated arrival time.

Andrew would like to see concentration on ensuring trains connections to 'switch over ' to another service, without allowing for lengthy waiting times, for all commuters.

He also thinks the quality of  trains conditions is poor and requests that full emphasis is given to complete maintenance ridding graffiti, so that  there is proper clean trains, so that all commuter enjoy all journey with the Greater western Sydney.
