Sure,we have some drivers that may not smile at you and sure there maybe others that will be grumpy and drive the bus 'bumpy' during the day but there are there the genuine bus drivers that actually enjoy what they do. They treat each commuter as they should be treated. That is proper, kind, attentive and one step ahead of the commuters in relation to answering questions and problems in the right manner.
One of the nominated 'Happy Bus Drivers' that is on the Happy Bus Drivers Register has read all the blogs of how each one has been nominated and likes how each one has a happy different story. He thinks he makes his job easier knowing there are good qualified bus drivers who actually care of each and every commuter: no matter of race, looks,colour, creed, background, intelligence, and age. This is a great feeling they share of commuters. We in return must respect them for the job they are doing, it isn't easy!
