Sue from Rooty Hill travels to Strathfield every working day and I found her to very polite qs she stood up for another commuter to sit down (when she didn't have too) - I actually offered to stand up instead, but she politely asked myself to remain seated.
Her main issue with public transport is when she catches the 5.45am train from Rooty Hill , every train is a cold, breezy and the doors are not fully closed. As a result Sue would like to see air-conditioners for heating on every trains, that they are actually installed in the carriages and Transport for New for New South Wales should not be selective in areas where 'Comfort trains' are excluded from to go. They should send away the 'Cold Trains' - away from Rooty Hill/Mount Druitt 5.45am service to Strathfield!
Her second issue is that she has a direct train service to Strathfield from Rooty Hill but finds that she is public transport discriminated by not one direct trip from Strathfield to Rooty Hill from 4pm to 7pm. Sue has to change trains at Parramatta to reach Rooty Hill, to reach home in extended time. The previous train tables had the direct rail service to Mount Druitt in the afternoon - the current one makes it difficult.
The motto is, ' What happens one way doesn't happen in the return way!'
We hope that Transport for NSW can fix this problem for her and other commuters.
