Commuters Holding Tools Can Be Used As Weapons!
The following picture was taken discreetly and not to identify the person holding the tool (probably of his trade). If you look closely the tool was used as a finger nail cutter and nails were scattered on the floor.
The lady next to me and myself were a little petrified that he was exposing a tool and using it loosely - it worried us. I'm sure nothing happened but what happens if this was used as a weapon not a tool, hurt and harm occurred?
