Grace, a student from Blacktown catches the Westbus 611 to Macquarie University for studies. She is very happy with this service.
Although she has seen the Blacktown Free bus shuttle - she claims she doesn't have a need to catch and hasn't been on it
Yet she feels that every-time there is little or few commuters that catch it, that Blacktown City Council and Transport for New South Wales are not promoting this service in a positive aspect for all commuters. Something should be done about it. She advised myself she will try it one day!
