Fairer Waiting Times For After Hours Train Service - Seven Hills Commuter

I met Ricky from Seven Hills last night, to travels to and from  Parramatta by City Rail and finds that after hours train service needs to be increased compared to the current services provided, preventing long waiting periods of up to half an hour.

So he would like  some of the fast trains  from Parramatta to Blacktown to change to all stops  from Parramatta and Blacktown. This would then make the service a 15 minute service from Parramatta and catering for commuters that need to department before Blacktown Train station. This will present a fairer waiting time for  these commuters!
