A young University of Western Sydney university student, Melissa is studying at Parramatta campus and from the Lower Blue Mountains catches a City Rail hourly service to reach Parramatta and return home.
At first, she couldn't think of anything that would be practically explained.
Yet she then came us that she would simply like to see more train services from her train station, even if it is half-hourly but she thinks it is a cost factor or patronage may not demand it, although
this would make commuters that miss the hourly train service, more satisfied then the hourly one. Commuters would be happier, as their would be less waiting time for trains and she feels other commuters in her area would agree!
