Privacy Troubles with 131500?


This is where a private company that takes calls for or on behalf on the Transport for NSW, they are not allowed to call back community members - they are only there to block calls or feed them to where they are supposed to go too. I think we should ask each telephone operator for them to call us back.

A few of our members have advised the group, that when they contact 131500 & asked for their private  telephone contact details, are not aware of any bus operators that may call up without out members permission.



The Question is how do they fix it?
