A new Busways Driver GT 2954 has been driving for 2-3 weeks hasn't been upset yet and doesn't want to be and has experienced commuter anger towards driver but reacted calmly as he doesn't want to provoke any confrontation.
At night, sighting commuters on bus stops can be hard, especially if they are wearing dark clothing and not signalling ( or even when they are signalling). He remembers when a commuter did just this, when he experienced this the first time and the commuter was upset even when the driver realised. He stopped passed the bus stop to pick up the commuter, yet he didn't really react!
