Tonight the female Busways GS 6181 is such a happy bus driver she has told me she loves the people around Mount Druitt as they tend to talk to her nicely , where when she travels from Castle Hill and Rouse Hill seem to be more reserved and quiet. They hardly don't want to talk to you!
She made me happy when she said people around Mount Druitt love to talk to her - claims she lives within the area and that the quiet commuters are usually on Busways 738 & 739. I then advised her that she will be placed on our 'Happy Bus Driver Register' although she claims she mostly a talker her boss says. Well, to me that is good as that is what we need. Drivers to keep the momentum going with commuters each day - promoting good customer service within our public transport service.
