Federal & State Member Working For Rooty Hill Train Station Upgrades - 'Postcard Petition!'

Here is a joint venture with  Hon. Richard Amery, State Member for Mount Druitt and Federal Member for Chifley, Ed Husic, are joining hands in lobbying for an upgrade to Rooty Hill train station.

 I have personally signed this petition and feel that it is important although the upgrade of the Rooty Hill train station is 'in the pipeline'. As to how long it  will take but if we lobby now, we can provide a possible quicker improvement for accessibility to all commuters. Questions have been raised to myself, why has it taken a long time for this to be raised or even mentioned now?

The answers could come from anything even from, 'Have we had quiet members in the past, not an issue of importance to be raised to NSW Government!' So here it the the Postcard petition!

We have discussed this issue  a few times and I think we might have got the wheels turning and blogs have been published. Whatever the case is - it is an eye opener for improvements of the public transport future!
