I recently had a discussion of our local transport lobby group with Reg Murray from Murray Douglas Real Estate and was told by Reg, ' What you guys are doing is great!'This is very comforting, as we know if we have a better transport infrastructure then this can assist in potential new commuters migrating into the area and also can improve property market prices for the Mount Druitt area. Some may say it has a slight insignificance towards the property market but I feel opposite, if you have a below average transport facility - you will not get people to move in the area that much! That an improved, go everywhere public transport system gets people to buy property and have a better lifestyle! Thank you Reg!
