I have heard from a commuter that City Rail Staff were not allowed to say, 'Happy New Year' and 'Merry Christmas!'. can only say this is a rumor from one source but of these employees face the public, I'm sure they are free to say this, instead of what I have been told, 'Happy Holiday!'
