Interesting Conversations In Train Commuters Who Want Improvement!

Where do I  start, great people so passionate of public transport - their voices are heard!

I was speaking on a train travelling to Mount Druitt, Imran (not 'Imran Khan' the famous former Pakistan cricketer!) from Mount Druitt who's been a regular commuter to Town Hall, Sydney for at least 9 years and would like to see train travel improved from peak times of 20 minutes intervals to  more convenient services. That is compared to Singapore trains system where when  you reach your train  station platform - you do not have to rely on searching for timetable - you obtain your train with a minute or two of waiting!

All of a sudden another commuter, Harmeet from Doonside overheard our conversation and had a suggestion to improve public transport ( Yeh, I was excited! I thought suddenly I have spread the 'word' to two people tonight!).  His suggestion was to remove non-air-conditioned trains from peak hours service and place them on off-peak or not even  placed in service at all.

Well 2 great suggestions and both men were please about what people life myself are doing, voluntarily.
