Reason For Not Signing Bus Shuttle Petition

A young lady from a youth outreach group for the youth advised that she will not complete the bus shuttle petition as "God will provide for all".

I don't deny 'God will provide' as I am religious, but my thinking is "God will provide to those that serve and love him." So what does this then mean. One of the leaders of the outreach group, I know personally was quite happy to take a petition - when I advised him of this young girls decision - he was shocked as a shuttle bus is good for the people in Mount Druitt and as he quoted, 'God would approve!'

How many free shuttle bus services are funded by the NSW Government?
Where are each of these services and what are the name and number of each service?
Of the services mentioned in question (2) above, when did each of these services commence?
Is the Minister aware of calls by the Mount Druitt community through the Mount Druitt Commuters Improvement Group Inc for the establishment of a free shuttle bus service for this district?
What is the present position for the introduction of such a service for Mount Druitt?
